I am a contract therapist at Reclaim Counseling and Wellness, a family-owned mental health practice based in North Carolina, with offices in Burlington, Wilmington, Hampstead, Wake Forest, Raleigh, and Charlotte.

Founded by Julia Tabor and Ashley Trotter, Reclaim is led by dedicated clinicians who cultivate an environment where therapists can grow both professionally and personally.

When you choose to work with me for mental health counseling, your services will be provided through Reclaim Counseling and Wellness. Reclaim will handle billing, and together we will navigate your care within their supportive and professional framework.
