Biofeedback

Biofeedback is a therapy tool that uses technology to measure how your body responds to stress, anxiety, or other emotions. By tracking patterns in your heart rate, breathing, and overall physiological state, biofeedback helps you see how your body reacts in real time. This awareness allows you to learn practical strategies to reduce stress, improve focus, and increase coherence—essentially helping your body and mind work together more smoothly.

I am a certified practitioner through HeartMath, a system recognized worldwide and used in professional trainings with EMDRIA and the Gottman Institute. In my practice, I guide clients through personalized biofeedback sessions, helping you develop skills to calm your nervous system, manage anxiety, and respond to life’s challenges with more ease.

One of the unique features of my approach is a computer-based biofeedback system that you can continue to use at home after sessions. This allows you to practice the techniques we explore together, track your progress, and maintain the benefits over time. Biofeedback is often combined with other therapeutic approaches, like EMDR or talk therapy, to provide a comprehensive, practical toolkit for emotional regulation, resilience, and overall well-being.
