Julia Forehand
LCMHCS, NCC, ACS
I’m Julia Forehand, a licensed clinical mental health counselor and clinical supervisor with more than twenty years of experience supporting individuals and couples through life’s challenges. I strive to create a calm and compassionate space where people feel safe to slow down, reflect, and begin the process of healing.
My work focuses on trauma, attachment, and relationship healing. I integrate approaches such as EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and biofeedback to help clients better understand their experiences and move toward greater balance and connection.
My Christian faith is an important part of who I am and shapes the compassion and hope I bring to my work. For those who desire it, faith can be thoughtfully integrated into the counseling process.
I also enjoy supporting the growth of other counselors through supervision and teaching. At the heart of my work is a deep respect for each person’s story and the belief that healing often begins in a safe and caring relationship.
