Individual Counseling

In individual counseling, my approach is client-centered, which means your goals, experiences, and pace guide every session. My focus is on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be fully seen, heard, and understood. Together, we explore challenges, process emotions, and build skills to help you move toward healing, growth, and greater well-being.

I draw on a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to your unique needs. This includes EMDR for trauma and long-standing distress, biofeedback to help regulate your body’s stress response, DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)to build emotional regulation and coping skills, EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) to support relational and emotional healing, and TF-CPT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Processing Therapy) to address the impact of trauma.

Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or long-term emotional struggles, my goal is to walk alongside you as you gain insight, develop new skills, and move toward lasting healing and hope.
